6-S earthquake shaking table is one of the main equipment for gravity classification, which is widely applied in the classification of tungsten, tin, tantalum, columbium and other rare metal and precious metal ore. Shaker table is designed for wet gravoty-base separatiom of minerla and other granular materials. It is effective in processing precious and base metal, rare and non-metallic minerals. What's the working principle ?
The separation process of the 6-s shaking table is under the co-action of the deck shaking and horizontally flushing water, The riffle is vertical to be perpendicular with the water flow , the water flow flush horizontally over the slots of the riffle one by one come into being the eddy current,and the co-action of the eddy current and table shaking to make the sand ore layering because of their different density,the heavy one layer the next while the light one layer up. The light one will suffer heavier flush and heavy one suffer light flush,therefore the light one horizontally move more fast than the heavy one. This process is called parsing layer.

Earthquake shaker table is especially for tungsten ore with a variety of sulfide minerals. It has the following advantages compared with the gold table : it is easy to observe changes of slurry on shaking table; easy to operate; it has many different specifications for choosing.

The separation effect is especially prominent for tungsten mine including sulfur and other Sulfide Minerals. Secondly, its capacity is larger than 6-S shaking table. Deck: shaking Table have three distinct deck designs available.
(1). Course ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm;
(2). Fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm;
(3). Slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.
