Due to the double roller forced squeezing, the output briquettes have the features of high density, high strength, high hardness, roller material adopts 65Mn and other wear-resistant alloy material.
With different pressure requirement, this machine can be designed to two types, a wedge iron and hydraulic type.

Packing Details : All products will be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery.

Motro is packed with steel case or wooden case. Control panel is packed with steel case. Loading container in factory.
Delivery Details : 7-15 days after confirming order,detail delivery date should be decided according to production season and order quantity.

A: In your first inquiry, please offer us information about your raw materials, its size, moisture, and the shape of final briquettes you required, also tell the output per hour you required
A: It is depend on the properties of your raw materials and also usage of briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.
A: Quality guarantee time is one year(wearing parts excluded).
A: For a small single machine, we offer you user manual, the user will install and commissioning following operating introduction. A complete production line, we will send our engineer to workplace to help with install and commissioning untill machines work normally.
